(1.1.) Your artwork will be securely stored in the Vancouver, Canada Collector’s Museum.
(1.2.) Private visits, both online and in person, are pre-arranged.
(1.3.) With your consent, if another collector offers a higher price for your artwork, we will exchange it with a more valuable piece and wire the payment directly to you.
2. FREE SHIPPING: ✓ Enjoy complimentary shipping to your preferred address.
(2.1.) Shipping timeline: 2-15 business days.
(2.2.) In case of delays due to customs clearance, we will promptly communicate with you.
*All shipments include Elite Delivery, offering the following services:
(1) Inside Delivery: The delivery team brings the item into your home or a specific room, avoiding doorstep delivery.
(2) Unpackaging and Removal of Packaging Materials: The team unpacks the item, removing all packaging materials. This is particularly beneficial for large or delicate items. The delivery team ensures a tidy space by taking away all packaging materials.
(3) Installation: Depending on the item type (e.g., furniture, artwork), Elite Delivery may include professional installation services.

Our team will provide you with a surprise private artwork viewing and a luxurious art event upon delivery. Shipping Timelines

Common Reasons for Delivery Delays:
• Severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen major events in your area may delay your package. Please anticipate an extra 3 business days for delivery.
• In certain countries, customs clearing may extend up to 30 days. Refer to your government’s international shipping policies for detailed information.

Prices in the art market fluctuate due to factors such as artwork maintenance, the artist’s reputation, current market conditions, and other influencing elements.
